Marketing Associate

Marketing Remote (US) Full-time

Grow Vigy's audience of small business owners — content, campaigns, and the channels that get AI employees in front of the people who need them.

We're hiring a Marketing Associate to help grow awareness of Vigy AI among small and mid-sized business owners. You'll write and ship content (blog, social, email), run campaigns, and help refine the message that turns a skeptical business owner into a customer. This is a hands-on role — you'll be writing copy and publishing content yourself, not just managing an agency.

What you'll do

– Write and publish blog posts, landing page copy, and email content aimed at non-technical business owners
– Plan and run social and paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Instagram, Meta) to drive demo bookings
– Own our content calendar and keep a consistent publishing cadence across channels
– Track campaign performance (PostHog, ad platforms) and double down on what's actually converting
– Collaborate with the founders on positioning and messaging as the product evolves
– Support SEO efforts — keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structure
– Coordinate with sales on messaging that matches what prospects are actually asking about

What we're looking for

– 1-3 years of experience in marketing, content, or growth at a startup or small business
– Strong writing skills — you can explain AI employees clearly to a non-technical audience
– Hands-on experience running paid social or search campaigns
– Comfortable with basic analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, or similar) to judge what's working
– Self-directed — comfortable owning a channel without a large team behind you
– Genuine interest in AI and small business — you can speak to both sides of what Vigy does
