Welcome to Vigy AI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vigy AI platform, including our website, applications, and AI-powered video communication services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Vigy AI provides a platform that enables users to:

• Browse and hire AI employees from our marketplace
• Conduct video calls and interviews with AI agents
• Communicate through text-based chat interfaces
• Manage teams of AI assistants for various business functions

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service
• Any activities or actions under your account
• Notifying us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis.

A valid payment method is required to process the payment for your subscription. You shall provide accurate and complete billing information.

Should automatic billing fail, we will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment within a certain deadline date.

5. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial for a limited period. You may be required to enter billing information to sign up for the free trial. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the applicable subscription fees.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
• You will not receive a refund for any unused portion of the subscription
• Your access to paid features will end at the conclusion of the billing period

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vigy AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vigy AI, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
